Basic pack - artifacts

There are a lot of artifacts in the Magic: The Gathering. Slovakia has artifacts of his own - a whole party, the HZDS for instance, with glorious past, but no future. There are also other politicians, personalities or institutions never really belong to any party, in specific cases they belong simultaneously to many sides. These are all considered as artifacts.
